Rise Fiber Order may take up to 5 business days to process. Account changes will be displayed in your online account portal within 5 days of ordering. Please review your Account via the Self-Service Portal to verify all services on your account. All other existing monthly charges and fees still apply. Monthly charges begin upon time of order. Customer must submit an installation authorization form prior to your installation appointment located at https://www.risebroadband.com/fiber-agreement. Landlord and/or homeowner’s association written consent may be required for Installation. A Rise Broadband install technician will contact you within the next business day to arrange your installation. An adult 18 years or older must be present during the installation. Only upon successful installation and testing will the service be made available. Equipment must be returned within 30 days after cancellation/disconnect otherwise an unreturned equipment fee $55/unit will be assessed to customer account. Equipment return shipping label.
