1. Click on “Please download the RiseProtect client Here” hyperlink to begin the download process.
2. A prompt will appear in the lower-left corner of the browser window; click on the prompt.
3. After the download has completed, a pop-up window will ask if you want to run this file; click “Run”
4. The installation process starts. A new window will pop-up, click “Yes” to continue with installation.
5. RiseSupport Client will prompt you to accept the terms and conditions. Select the box and click “Next” to finalize installation.
6. Congratulations! RiseProtect has been installed. Click “Finish” to complete the installation process.
7. Welcome to RiseProtect. Scan your computer for viruses and other malware.
To Install Rise Secure Follow steps 1-7 above then:
8. Once Rise Secure has been installed, it will also install Avira Antivirus Protection. You will need to restart your computer, allow for 10-15min after computer is rebooted to complete installation.
