  • Partial - You are not cancelling service with your current provider and you will retain some services on the current account– other phone numbers, bundled services, etc. – even after you port the specified telephone numbers to Rise Broadband. Full - No services will remain active with your current service provider and you intend to fully cancel the current account once your telephone number(s) have ported to Rise Broadband.
  • Please note: Some carriers require prior notice for service cancellation. Check your current carrier’s policy to ensure you are aware of how these policies may affect charges. It is your responsibility to inform the current carrier of the intention to cancel services. Rise Broadband does NOT cancel any services with your current carrier. After you have confirmed your telephone number(s) have successfully ported, it your responsibility to cancel service and close the account with your current phone provider. Do not cancel current service until the port request is complete – porting is not possible on telephone numbers that are disconnected.
