How do I get the upgrade?
This is an online only promotion, so the fastest way to upgrade your service to 25 Mbps is to fill out the form.
How long will it take until I can experience the faster speeds?
As soon as the order is processed you should receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you have on your Rise Broadband account. The faster speeds should take effect within 72 hours of completing the order form.
Do I need new equipment or have to schedule an installation?
Nope! You already have the best equipment installed for us to turn on the faster speed!
Are there additional fees?
Yes, a $75 upgrade fee is required on a 2-year contract unless otherwise specified, or if monthly service rate is not increased by more than $10 per month.
My account is not current or I owe an outstanding balance…What do I need to do to fix it so I can qualify for the upgrade?
Please log into your account and pay the outstanding balance. Or if you need to speak with a billing representative call 866-988-7164. Once your account is current you can complete the online form to get the faster speeds.
Can I get speeds even faster than this offer?
You may have faster speeds available in your area! To learn about other offers in your area, contact a Rise Broadband sales representative at 866-578-1095 for information specific to your account and speeds available.
What happens after the one year discounted period is over?
You will continue with your faster Internet speed at the current published rate (currently $59.95 per month.)
Is this a legitimate offer?
Yes! This is a valid offer that is available through an email invite only. To process the upgrade, all you need to do is click on the link provided in the body of the email. This will direct you to a form you will fill out and submit online. Your request will route to a specialized team who will process the upgrade and send you an email confirmation when the upgrade is complete.
I have placed an upgrade order. Now what?
Once the order is processed you will receive an email confirmation of the service change request. After you receive the email, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.
If I did not receive an email can I still take advantage of this offer?
