I am moving, what do I need to do to set up service at my new house?

If a customer moves and would like to relocate the service, they must place a relocation request with Rise. This request must contain the requested date of service termination, plus the address and phone number of the new location, the prospective move-in date, and the requested transfer of service date.

Upon receipt of a request, Rise will suspend all monthly fees from the requested termination date until service relocation is completed. Billing cycle will recommence upon activation of service at the new location.

If Rise is unable to provide service at the new location, service will need to be terminated and equipment returned.
