So far everything in the process of setting up service has been good. Customer service took my order in a timely and efficient manner. The installation technician was great. Rise Broadband provides true high speed service when no one else will in my area. I threw away my satellite and it’s horrible speeds and constant lag for super fast high quality service where I can now finally FaceTime my family again while running all my cameras and a full smart home.
